The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the added value and income of the catfish farming community by encouraging the processing of processed catfish products, especially the manufacture of BOLE or catfish sponge. The processing of this product is considered a strategic step to overcome the decline in income caused by fluctuations in the price of fresh catfish. The mentoring and training carried out can increase joint ventures, encourage product innovation, and expand the marketing network. Due to the increasing market demand for innovative catfish-based products, this training shows that the Bolu Lele business is feasible to develop. Through optimizing the potential of fishery resources, this training program strengthens local food security and improves the community's economy.
