ABSTRACT
The Mawangi Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDesa) is located in Bitungsari Village, Ciawi District, which the Bitungsari Village Government established in 2018. The Mawangi BUMDesa will manage health service activities by establishing a health clinic. This clinic is established because the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) in Ciawi District is quite far from Bitungsari Village. The establishment and construction of the clinic have been carried out since 2020. To carry out health service activities at the Mawangi Clinic, it is not only buildings and health equipment but also human resources that carry out needed activities at the Mawangi Clinic. Recommendations for the implementation of the Mawangi Primary Clinic establishment program are divided into three stages: First Priority (P1), preparation for the procurement of medical doctors and nurses, and non-medical personnel required for the establishment of a first aid clinic; Second Priority (P2), procurement of medical staff, doctors and nurses, and non-medical personnel required for the establishment of Outpatient Primary Clinics; and Third Priority (P3), procuring medical staff, doctors and nurses, and non-medical personnel needed to establish clinics.
